Directory in progress

OTBs and Teletheaters

A licensed off-track parlor is another way to play a harness card: simulcast and tellers, not a national ADW app. This page starts with what an OTB is and the New York corporation hubs.

Last checked October 9, 2026. Locations open and close. Hours move. We do not take bets, and we will not publish a fake national address book.

How this directory will grow

Corporation hubs first

Right now we list corporation hubs. Later we add rooms we can name. If a parlor is missing, we have not verified it yet.

  1. Now

    New York corporation hubs

Four living public-benefit corporations, plus an honest note on the two that are gone. We link the operator hubs — Capital, Nassau, Suffolk, Western — and we stop there. Branch addresses, hours, and Fast-Track restaurant kiosks belong on their sites, not in a table we cannot keep honest.

  2. Next

    Pennsylvania simulcast rooms

Licensed PA off-track and simulcast sites that regularly take Yonkers, Meadowlands, and The Meadows. We will add a room when we can name the operator and the hub page. We will not scrape a statewide address book to look finished.

  3. Later

    Casino racebooks and other states

Illinois rooms, racino racebooks that take harness, and any remaining state OTB statutes we can document. A casino racebook will be labeled a racebook. Canadian teletheatres stay on the Canadian side of the law. Still no invented venues.

What this is

A licensed off-track parlor

An OTB — off-track betting facility, sometimes a teletheater — is a licensed pari-mutuel room that simulcasts live harness and thoroughbred cards. It is not a sportsbook. You are still in the pools, usually with a teller or a self-serve machine, and the signal menu is whatever that corporation is taking that night.

Cash-and-teller culture is closer to the track than to a phone app. Age rules can differ by corporation — Nassau OTB, for example, posts 21+ at its facilities. Always read the house board.

Why it belongs here

Harness still plays off-site

Especially in New York, a lot of people play Yonkers, Meadowlands, and Mohawk nights from a regional OTB — not from the grandstand, and not from TwinSpires. Pennsylvania simulcast sites and casino racebooks in other states do the same job under different signs.

Which rooms regularly card those harness signals is a qualitative question for the next pass. For now: if the night card is Yonkers or the Big M, ask the parlor — do not assume a national ADW menu.

New York first

The four corporation hubs

New York still has the largest structured OTB network in the country: four living public-benefit corporations. We link the operator hubs and stop. Confirm addresses, hours, Fast-Track kiosks, and account rules on their sites.

  • Capital OTB

    Capital District

    Operator hub →

Capital District Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation — public-benefit corporation for Albany, Schenectady, and much of the Capital Region. Their location and corporate pages are the current branch list. We are not mirroring addresses here.

  • Nassau OTB

    Long Island (Nassau)

    Operator hub →

Nassau Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation. Includes the Race Palace teletheater in Plainview among other rooms, plus Fast-Track self-serve sites the corporation lists itself. Nassau posts a 21+ betting age at its facilities. Hours change; their locations page is the list.

  • Suffolk OTB

    Long Island (Suffolk)

    Operator hub →

Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation — branches, online, and mobile. Suffolk serviced the migrated Interbets / Catskill ADW accounts. Confirm live rooms and any leftover account questions on Suffolk's site, not on a stale Catskill URL.

  • Western Regional OTB

    Western New York

    Operator hub →

Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation — fifteen participating counties plus Buffalo and Rochester. The corporation also owns Batavia Downs. Operator hub first; we will not scrape every lounge into a stale table in this pass.

Not a live parlor

Closed or wound down

Two New York names people still search. We keep them here so the directory does not look like we forgot the Hudson Valley or the five boroughs. Neither is a place to walk in tonight.

  • Catskill OTB / Interbets

    Hudson Valley & Southern Tier

    Transition notice →

Interbets posted an account-transition notice toward Suffolk OTB's ADW platform. The Interbets homepage is a transition notice, not a live parlor directory. We keep the hub link so you can read the operator's own words — not because we are sending you to a branch.

  • New York City OTB

    Five boroughs — closed 2010

The New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation closed in 2010. There is no NYC corporation hub to send you to, and we will not invent one. City residents who still play off-track use another corporation's ADW, a licensed parlor outside the city, a track window, or a national book — each with its own rules.

What comes after New York

Pennsylvania simulcast sites first — rooms that take harness, named from the operator, not from a memory of a strip-mall window. Illinois rooms and casino racebooks follow when we can label them correctly.

The track and the ADWs

Live plants are on the track directory. The three ADWs we feature sit on where to bet. If a parlor is missing and still open, we would rather add a real room than pad this page.
